Absolutely not. Our Beginner Classes and Self Defense program are designed for complete beginners. Our instructors will guide you from your very first step. All equipment is provided for your trial class.
We accept students from age 5 in our Kids Taekwondo program. Children develop coordination, focus, and discipline in age-appropriate classes with certified youth coaches.
With consistent training (3x per week), most students reach 1st Dan Black Belt in 4–6 years. This varies based on individual progress, attendance, and dedication.
For your free trial class, comfortable athletic wear is perfectly fine. Once enrolled, you'll receive your official Dobok (Taekwondo uniform) as part of your membership package.
We offer flexible month-to-month memberships with no lock-in contracts, as well as discounted 3-month and annual packages. We believe you should stay because you love training, not because you're locked in.
Yes! Many of our most dedicated students started as adults. Taekwondo improves flexibility, strength, and mental focus at any age. Our instructors adapt training intensity to each student's fitness level.
